Welcome to my Little Cookery Adventure!

(or Culinary Crusade)

Please note that this site is currently under construction- I am doing my best to finish this as soon as possible!

Of course, I had heard the expression 'The way to a Man's Heart is through his Stomach' many times before, but the story goes that I first discovered cookery when my boyfriend casually mentioned that he liked to eat....  Since then I have been on my own quest to find the perfect recipes for serving up throughout the year.

I have now compiled a selection box of all my very own recipes which I have tested time and time again for my 3 very important factors:

I absolutely hate that feeling when the sponge won't come out of the tin, when the mixture curdles or when the cake sinks into a volcano. I hope my recipes will prove foolproof to most people. After all... If I can do them...... 

I don't want to double line the tin, whisk the egg whites separately or stand on one leg singing Baa Baa Blacksheep while folding in the flour.

And most importantly:
